Fourth belongs to San Francisco, with 4,590 in 2012 and a predicted 6,665 in 2012 (increasing by 45 percent). Los Angeles finished up the top five, with 4,520 wealthy residents in 2012 and a predicted 34 percent increase in the next 10 years (bumping the numbers up to 6,075).
